The Limerick camogie side came up just short against Kilkenny today in the Gaelic Grounds, losing 1-12 to 0-14.

In spite of the loss, Limerick will face Galway in the semi-final of the League after winning their opening three rounds of the competition.

For the most part, Limerick can be happy with their performance with Kilkenny chasing a fourth consecutive League title.

Manager Declan Nash, spoke with positive words about his side after the game.

“Immensely happy. Very proud of the girls. Performance from minute one was all you could ask for. Just very unlucky.”
