Munster kept up the pace with Pro14 Conference A leaders Glasgow Warriors by beating Cardiff Blues 45-21 in Musgrave Park.

Johann van Graan’s men led 17-14 at the break thanks to Chris Farrell and Jean Kleyn, as well as three kicks from Tyler Bleyendaal.

Cardiff hit the front early in the second half but CJ Stander soon had Munster back in the driving seat.

Munster were rampant for the rest of the second half with Conor Murray, Andrew Conway and Sammy Arnold crossing for further tries.

The win keeps Munster three points off Glasgow after the Scottish side’s bonus point win over Ulster.
