Limerick ETSS ready to rock Dolan’s

Hedfuzy

LIMERICK Educate Together Secondary School is hosting a night in Dolan’s, bringing together some of the finest musicians in the city.
The school states that after their sell-out show ‘A Winter’s Tale’ last December, this upcoming concert further demonstrates their commitment to engaging in the creative arts with a fantastic line up.

On the bill are progressive rockers Hedfuzy, Kilcornan singer/songwriter Fergal Nash; Apprentice’s Daughter features Debbie Green on lead vocals and Louise Summerly on flute and backing vocals, playing everything from punk to indie.

The O’Malleys will also make an appearance, as will Askeaton singer songwriter Yvonne McCarthy and guitarist Kevin Copeland.
Blues/ rockers Stone Free features a legendary line up of ex Granny’s Intentions drummer, Guido Devito, ex Horslips lead guitarist Johnny Fean and ex Groove bass player, Brian Healy.

All this quality music will be presented by the MC for the night, writer and academic Professor Eoin Devereux.
Prof Devereux commented, “I am delighted to be able to lend a hand to this very important event.
“Educate Together is a really important development in a changing society like Ireland.”

The fundraiser happens at Dolan’s Warehouse on Friday February 28 from 8pm.
