Geraldine and Maria O'Donoghue of Office Assist.

Celebrating ten years in business this month, Office Assist was established as a multifunctional business service by mother and daughter team, Geraldine and Maria O’Donoghue.
Geraldine used her bookkeeping experience as an accounts technician and Maria put her training with a telephone answering service to meet a market demand that they identified in the small business sector.
The business has expanded to such an extent that the team now includes Joanne, Carolyn K, Carolyn C, Cheryl, Rita, Jessica, Danielle, Nora and Sean, the only male in the group who looks after the Website and IT.
Office Assist offers a range of services including bookkeeping, telephone answering, payroll, diary management and office administration to a wide and varied customer base. These include builders, accountants, farmers, solicitors and even private detectives.
In 2014, Office Assist became the only Irish business to be awarded the Luca Award and they have also been named Charleville Business of the Year at the Cork business awards as well as several awards from Charleville Chamber.
More recently they have been accredited with their second Business All-Star for companies that meet the highest standards of verified performance, trust, and customer centricity.
Office Assist is offering a free extra week of its telephone answering service to anyone who quotes ‘BDay’ in their inquiries.
