GARDAÍ in Henry Street are looking for witnesses to an assault that took place in Limerick City last Sunday at half past midnight. “An 18-year-old man was walking along Ellen Street when another man head butted him into his nose and mouth. He got a huge shock as his nose bled profusely and his tooth was broken. The other man ran off,” Crime Prevention Officer, Sgt Ber Leetch explained. Gardaí in Henry Street are now reviewing CCTV footage and are appealing for any witnesses to this assault to contact them at 061-212400.
