TO mark the centenaryย of the death of General Michael Collins,ย Fine Gael has teamed up with Omniplex Cinema Group to host Neil Jordanโs 1995 biopic โMichael Collinsโ.
The special screening takes place at the Limerickย Omniplex Cinema in the Crescent Shopping Centre, Dooradoyle on Tuesday,ย September 6 at 7pm when ย 18 other Omniplex Cinemas across the country will show the movie at the same time.
Itโs more than 26 years since the release of โMichael Collinsโ the movie, so for some people this will be the first time they will have a chance to see it on the big screen.
Tickets are available from tomorrow (Monday,ย August 22) for โฌ6 by searching for โspecial screening of Michael Collinsโ on Eventbrite.
Tickets will not be available from Omniplex.
