A 55-year-old Limerick City man who was reported missing from his home since last Monday morning has been located safe and well.
Earlier today, Gardaí issued a public appeal for assistance in establishing the whereabouts of Michael McNamara who was missing from the Garryowen area.
In a follow-up statement tonight, Gardaí thanked the public and the media for their help in locating Mr McNamara.
