Most Of All is the new single from Limerick’s Left On Read

LIMERICK band Left On Read are brothers Adam Reeves (drums), and Jack Reeves (lead guitar), and close friend Steven Tynan (lead vocals, keys, guitar).
Their new single is a floor-filling earworm groover called ‘Most Of All‘, released this Friday April 28 available on all streaming platforms.

The band report that ‘Most Of All’ started as a bassline and was built from there.
The bass riff is simple yet funky, so the band knew they could create something from this. The rhythm and guitar fell into place from there. The song sounds sexy, so the lyrical storytelling had to go that way,
“We didn’t want to go too cliche, it couldn’t be the standard boy chasing girl trope we’ve heard before”.
“‘Most of All’ is a tragedy. It’s about unrequited feelings and is an attempt to brush off the hurt to save face.”

Left On Read received Creative Ireland’s ‘Made in Limerick’ Grant in 2021 after recording four demo tracks in their bedroom studios. The grant provided them with the opportunity to record their debut album in a studio.
The band released their first single, ‘Never Enough’, in July 2022, followed by ‘Pick Yourself Up’ and ‘Duet,’ all of which received high praise.
They were awarded the Dolores O’Riordan Music Bursary in 2022 to record the remaining tracks. The band wants their listeners to connect with their music, not just take their message at face value, but apply it to their own experiences. Above all, they want their audience to enjoy the music, whether they choose to dance, sing, or cry along with it.
