A BOOK celebrating Limerick’s famous 1973 All-Ireland Hurling Championship win will be published this autumn.
James Lundon from Cappamore announced the publication of his new book ‘1973 Keeping The Dream Alive: The story of Limerick’s historic All Ireland success 50 years on’ at Sunday’s 50th anniversary celebration at the Strand Hotel.
The profits from the book will go towards two local charities – the Children’s Ark in UHL and the Limerick branch of St Vincent de Paul.
An official book launch will take place in September.
