Plenty of movement at Treaty United

Treaty United’s Enda Curran scores during the SSE Airtricity League First Division play-off semi-final first leg match against Waterford.

TREATY United are away to bottom side Kerry FC in the SSE Airtricity League First Division at Mounthawk Park, Tralee on Friday (kick-off, 7.45pm).

In their last outing, Enda Curran’s ninth goal of the season eared the local side an important 1-1 draw with Bray Wanderers at the Markets Field.

Treaty remain in contention for a promotion play-off berth and are confidently expected to enhance such prospects with maximum points from the weekend’s trip to the Kingdom.

Ex-Treaty performer Martin Coughlan is now with Kerry FC, as is another former Markets Field favourite, Matt Keane.

Meanwhile, Alec Byrne has departed Treaty, while Jordon Tallon has joined from Wexford FC.

Also, I got stick off the Treaty fans in the reverse fixture down in Ferrycarrig so I’m buzzing to play in front of them as they had a great atmosphere!”

He is expected to feature against Kerry.
