Starting Selections unveiled for Croke Park Hurling Test

KYLE Hayes will fill the vacuum at centre-back created by the enforced absence of captain Declan Hannon for Saturday’s massive All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship semi-final against Galway at Croke Park.

Hayes merely moves closer to regular number five Diarmaid Byrnes, while Gearóid  Hegarty drops back to complete the half-back line.

David Reidy has been named ahead of Cathal O’Neill in attack.

Galway have named an unchanged side from that which beat Tipperary in the quarter-final at the Gaelic Grounds a fortnight ago.
