A 68-YEAR-OLD Limerick-born artist will return to her hometown this Sunday (October 15) for a very special exhibition of her work.

Painter and artist Geraldine Sadlier, born in Limerick in 1955, is hosting an exhibition in the People’s Museum of Limerick (2 Pery Square) beginning this Sunday.

On show will be a selection of the long-serving artist’s watercolours and drawings – many of which are inspired by and feature many beloved local Limerick landmarks.

The exhibition will run for two weeks, open Tuesdays to Sundays, beginning on October 15.
