SOCIAL Democrats councillor Elisa O’Donovan has called on the Council to install speed reducing ramps on Wolfe Tone Street.
In response, Senior Executive Engineer Mike Richardson explained that Limerick City and County Council Roads Department completed a traffic survey and assessment on Wolfe Tone Street in September 2022.
“No significant speed violations was identified, however the Roads Department will keep it under review.”
“In addition, the Limerick City and County Council Roads Department have contacted Gardaรญ for details of any recent collision information in this area.”
