67 NEW social housing units will be delivered in Limerick as part of a new phase of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme.
The new homes will be delivered on Toppins Field, between Carew Park and Rathbane.
Nationally, the PPP will deliver almost 650 houses as part of this newest phase.
Minister for Housing Darragh O’Brien said: “Housing for All commits to increasing the supply of new build social housing to an average of 10,000 per annum between 2022 and 2030.”
“The Social Housing Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme represents one of the many strands of delivery to increase the quantity of social housing.”
