GAELSCOIL Chaladh an Treoigh (Castletroy) and Kilbehenny NS returned to school with the silverware after the County Finals of the INTO Mini Sevens Football Tournament, involving the champions across Limerick’s four divisions, staged at Mick Neville Park in Rathkeale.
Donnacha Cummins captained a quatlity Gaelscoil side.
Coached by Mark O’Connell, Aoife Noonan skippered a Kilbehenny team for whom Aoife Casey was star performer.
Ahead of the presentations, Joe Lyons of Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Luimnigh, thanked referees Nigel Carey and Philip Dee.
Special mention was made of Brother James Dormer, Rúnaí.
