Limerick Gardaí investigating attempted car thefts

GARDAÍ in Limerick are investigating after two Japanese import cars were the target of thieves in the past few weeks.

The first incident saw a white Toyota Aqua targeted on Wednesday November 22, while parked in the UL Sports Arena car park.

The incident took place between 6.40pm and 7.20pm and saw the fly window of the car smashed.

Another Toyota Aqua was targeted on Saturday (November 25) on the Old Cork Road.

The vehicle was parked at The Park in Rossmore at around 11.45pm, and also had its fly window broken.
