Limerick Youth Service awarded bronze national Health Quality Mark

Limerick Youth Service were awarded a bronze Standard Health Quality Mark by the National Youth Council of Ireland.

LIMERICK Youth Service (LYS) was awarded with a Bronze Standard Health Quality Mark by the National Youth Council of Ireland (NYCI).

The Limerick Youth Service was given the award in recognition of its work in advancing health promotion for young people.

Speaking on LYS’ achievement, NYCI health programme spokesman Kevin O’Driscoll said the award was “a testament to the dedication and hard work” of those at LYS.

The award is “a testament to the dedication and hard work of all at Limerick Youth Service who are committed to the highest quality standards in health promotion, and there is a key priority here to ensure a healthy and safe place for young people and staff,” Mr O’Driscoll said.
