Beaten by Young Munster in the group stages, The Light Blues subsequently defeated Cashel, UCC and Bruff en route to the decider, while Con posted wins over Highfield, Nenagh Ormond, Shannon and Old Crescent.
The All-Ireland League resumes on March 23.
