A COURSE on looking after your wellbeing will kick off in Limerick next week.
Hospital Family Resource Centre will host the course, entitled Caring for Our Well-Being.
It starts on April 9 from 10am to 12.30pm and runs for eight weeks.
The course will cover areas such as what is wellbeing, communication for health and wellbeing, setting healthy limits, developing your own wellness and identifying methods of support.
The course is free, and anyone who would like to reserve a place can call Martha, on 087 2813341, or by emailing mpotter@hospitalfrc.ie.
