ON SATURDAY, 1 June, a woman reported to Gardaí that her car, which was parked on High Street in Croom, was struck by another car that left the scene.
The incident happened sometime between 8pm and 11pm.
Gardaí believe that there may be a connection with the hit and run and a Silver BMW partial registration number 08-LK.
The BMW was abandoned outside Storan’s Pub on High Street, Croom.

Gardaí are appealing to motorists with dash dashcams and witnesses who may have seen the incident to contact Newcastle West Garda Station on 069 20 650, and for the owner of the silver BMW to contact them.
