THE Markets Field will host a couple of most attractive Treaty United fixtures at the weekend.
First, the men’s team host Finn Harps in the First Division of the League of Ireland on Friday (7.45pm) and the following evening (5pm) the women’s side entertain Wexford FC in the Women’s League of Ireland Premier Division.
For Tommy Barrett’s outfit, the fixture is important as the points on offer can help towards the drive for a promotion play-off position.
Domnic Foley’s XI are fresh from the excellent 2-0 away win to DLR Waves in Dublin, and can pick up some more points on Saturday.
