GardaĆ­ investigating Kilmallock farm robbery

GARDAƍ are investigating following a robbery at a farm in Kilmallock.

According to Garda John Finnerty, Henry Street Garda Station, a thief broke into a farmyard at O’Malley’s Cross, in Bulgaden, Kilmallock, some time between 6pm on December 6 and 10am on December 7, smashing the lock on the farm’s exterior gate and milking parlour to gain entry.

Once inside, Garda Finnerty said, the thief stole five Dairymaster milking machine units.

ā€œThe thief would have utilised some form of transport to bring the milking machine units away,ā€ Garda Finnerty explained.

He appealed for anyone with any information relating to the stolen dairy units, or who witnessed any ā€œunusual movementsā€ in the area, to get in contact with investigating GardaĆ­ in Kilmallock on 063 98 018.
