Story school — Gaelscoil Chalagh an Treoigh were runners up in the competition.

LIMERICK’S GAELSCOIL Chaladh an Treoigh was named one of the runners up in the 2024 WillowWarm Briquettes Primary Schools Competition, which looks for the schools who can tell the tallest tales in the land.

The Castletroy school fought off stiff competition to be named in the top three schools in the competition.

The competition saw students tasked with telling the story of their school’s efforts to be sustainable and environmentally friendly.

The Chalagh an Treoigh Green Schools Committee and Student Council were rewarded for their hard work in ensuring that their ‘Coill Beag’ was kept safe.
