EVERY dog deserves its day and Sinn Féin councillor PJ Carey has called on the Council to identify a suitable area in the town of Kilmallock for a dog recreation park.
He was informed at a recent area meeting that the Council will carry out an assessment of the existing green spaces and identify a suitable location for a dog park in Kilmallock.
It is estimated that the cost will be in the order of €15,000/€20,000 for the project.
