Uisce Eireann — The works involve the installation of 1.7 kilometres of water mains at Corbally, R526 Raheen, and Roxborough Road to cater for the future growth and development of the wider area.

UISCE Éireann is in Castleconnell this week for works to reduce high levels of leakage in the area.

Crews will be in New Garden North replacing 1.1 kilometres of old water mains with new pipes.

To facilitate the safe delivery of the project and to minimise impact on the community, areas of work will be limited to short sections.

Traffic management will be in place during this time with a road closure on New Garden North Road.

Local and emergency traffic will always be maintained. The works may require some short-term water supply interruptions. Customers will get a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
