A REAL bouquet of roses turned out at the George Hotel in Limerick City this week to celebrate the countdown to the Rose of Tralee festival kicking off this Friday (August 15)

Limerick Rose Leah McMahon was joined by Mayor John Moran and a wonderful bunch of roses at the city hotel. She will vie for the prized Rose of Tralee crown across this weekend and into next week, with the live television broadcast taking place next Monday and Tuesday.
