CONSOLATION for Munster in a 31-22 loss at table-toppers Glasgow Warriors – nine wins from as many starts – came with a try-scoring bonus point.
The home side dominated the opening 40 minutes and appeared out of sight, ahead 28-5 (Ethan Coughlan), at the short whistle.
In the closing period, momentum swung very much in Munster’s favour, with Dan Kelly (a wonder effort), Brian Gleeson and Diarmuid Kilgallen all crossing the whitewash.
It was an outing noteworthy for a debut to teenager Tom Wood, who scored from a  conversion.
Munster’s next outing in the competition is home to Zebre Parma at end of Feburary at Thomond Park.
