A high-octane celebration of Johnny Cash and June Carter’s iconic music comes to Limerick later this month.
Cash Returns – The Man in Black will take the stage at Lime Tree Theatre on Saturday February 21 at 8pm, featuring Europe’s premier Johnny Cash tribute artist JP Mac.
Mac will be joined by Karen Lyttle as the “ever sassy and fantastic” June Carter, alongside an accomplished cast of musicians and the Carter Sisters on backing vocals.
The performance promises to take audiences on a journey through the years, showcasing the best songs from Johnny and June’s extensive back catalogue of hits.
The set list includes beloved classics such as ‘Jackson’, ‘Ring Of Fire’, ‘Hurt’, and ‘Ghost Riders In The Sky’, among many others.
The production offers fans an immersive experience of the legendary couple’s musical legacy, capturing the energy and authenticity that made Cash and Carter icons of American music.
