ROAD users were advised to expect days on a main road in Limerick City this Tuesday evening (February 17) following a road crash.
A number of emergency service units, including paramedics, the National Ambulance Service, and Limerick Fire and Rescue are attending the scene of a road crash on the Ballinacurra Road/Childers Road junction close to Punch’s Cross.
Road diversions, including on the 304/304A/301 bus route, are in place onto the Childers Road outbound from Limerick City.
The nature of the crash is yet unknown, with Gardaà saying that “a full report is awaited”. As yet, no injuries have been reported.
