MILFORD Care Centre presented their official cheque donation from the proceeds of their Cuimhnigh for Cancer online raffle.
Held just before Christmas, the event raised €5,716.47 and featured a host of raffle prizes.
The star prize was a jersey worn by Kyle Hayes during last year’s epic Munster hurling final and signed by the entire Limerick team.
Eamon O’Neill (Kilteely-Dromkeen) who won the jersey, kindly donated it back to Milford, and plans are now in place to frame and display the jersey at the centre.
