LIMERICK Council has confirmed plans to build a number of new homes in the Thomondgate area of Limerick City. In a Part 8 planning notice, the Council outlined plans to build 13 new housing units at Quarry Road, Thomondgate.
The development would include new access via shared surface off Crossroads to the east, modification to existing boundary walls, drainage, and landscaping works.
Details are available for inspection at the Planning Development Department at County Hall on the Dooradoyle Road, as well as on mypoint.limerick.ie. Submissions can be made before 4pm on May 15.
