With many parents feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure where to turn for support.
That’s according to the team behind ADHD Family Network, a new Irish not-for-profit social enterprise set up to provide accessible and affordable support for families navigating ADHD with practical guidance, shared understanding, and community connection.
The initiative was founded by three ADHD family coaches with over 50 years’ combined experience working with children, young people, and families, alongside lived experience of ADHD as parents and individuals themselves.
