SYSCO Ireland has announced a new development chef for its Limerick site, supporting food service businesses across the south and south west of Ireland.
The company announced Keith Piggott for the role, a chef with strong local links.
In the new role, SYSCO said, Keith will “support customers across the south and south west of Ireland with menu development and foodservice solutions.
He will work closely with customers to develop efficient, cost-effective kitchen strategies while encouraging the use of fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.”

Keith previously worked as a development chef with Sodexo and has held roles across fine dining, gastro pubs, and cafés, including serving as head chef at Limerick’s Pery Square.
