MADISON McGuane (Treaty United) has been named SSE Airtricity Premier Division Player of the Month for May.
The accolade follows quickly following her selection as Republic of Ireland Under-17 International Player of the Year.
The Player of the Month award is a remarkable achievement for McGuane who only started-out at the senior club level earlier this year.
Treaty United manager Seán Russell commented: “Madison carries herself with such maturity for a young player.”
“She has made a fantastic impact on not only our team but on the league this year. Her technical abilities have really caught the eye of everyone in the league and she’s shown on the top stage in this country that she is ready. It’s clear to see the talent she possesses when you watch her play.”
