IT WAS one year ago that The Alvin Purple Experience returned to Dolan’s Warehouse stage after a ten year absence from rock ‘n’ roll.
The Glam Rockers are back again this weekend to begin their tour with a brand new show ‘Fifty Shades of Purple’. It promises to be Alvin Purple’s most explicit show ever, with nothing held back, as he reveals his adventures during The Glam Rock Years and the real reasons he took The Alvin Purple Experience off the road for ten years.
Alvin will also be inducting more of his biggest fans into the ‘Purple Posse Hall of Fame’.
Dressed in gaudy glam garb with faces caked in makeup, The Alvin Purple Experience will bring you back to The Glam Rock Years with all your favourite Glam Rockers from Ziggy Stardust and The Spiders from Mars, Slade, Sweet, Mud, ABBA, that song about Dolores and a whole bunch of new tracks.
