Clinic for Great Limerick Run participants this Wednesday #Limerick

BARRINGTONS Hospital Great Limerick Run will be hosting a free information clinic in Mary Immaculate College this Wednesday, April 6 in the Tailteann building.

The clinic will run from 7pm and will be held in room T2, which is situated beside the running track. This is open for runners of all levels.

Special guest Paul Murray, Sports & Physical Therapist, will be giving a master class on stretching and the importance of stretching to prevent injury.

Brooks Sports will also be present on the night to discuss the best footwear and apparel while training for the Barringtons Hospital Great Limerick Run.
