Two day celebration with June ‘Summer Market’ epicure

-

AIMING to showcase the very best and the incredible selection that local artisan producers bring us, the Summer Market at No.1 Pery Square Hotel will run on Saturday June 26, 1 to 5pm and Sunday June 27, 10am to 2pm.

The Summer market, in association with Slow Foods Limerick, aims to educate people on the wonderful culinary choices in the region. Throughout the weekend enlightening food and wine seminars will be held in the dedicated wine room and French influenced Brassier One restaurant at No.1, ensuring a unique culinary weekend!

The new boutique hotel will host the epicure “Summer Market” having built a reputation for its unsurpassed approach to dining since opening last Autumn. This has been reaffirmed when the venue was awarded the coveted “AA Rosette for Food and Service” along with numerous accreditations from returning customers, and esteemed food guides who have praised its culinary approach to food and unsurpassed service.

“The range and quality of produce available locally in Limerick is unbelievable for creating dishes at Brasserie One, and the artisan influence is reflected prominently in all our menus, most recently with the introduction of ‘pigs trotters’ a very traditional Limerick meal”, adds Alan Burns Head Chef at No.1.

“Receiving the AA award for food and service is so gratifying for all the team and the Summer Market is the ideal opportunity to showcase the wonderful artisan ingredients used at No.1”, states Patricia Roberts, proprietor and general manager of No.1 Pery Square.
