TO celebrate the launch of her new TV series and her accompanying cook book, celebrity chef, Clodagh McKenna, will be at Sequoia Lane on O’Connell Street, Limerick on July 15 for a book signing and to offer tips and tricks during a cookery demonstration.
Following the success of her “Farmers Market” series, Clodagh turns her attention to Ireland’s coast in this new cookbook to accompany her TV series. Packed with delicious recipes as well as advice on shopping and preparation, this book will inspire cooks of all abilities to give fish a go.
Inside, the book will deliver everything from quick-to-prepare family meals like fish pie and tuna carbonara to mouth-watering dishes like crab salad and black olive sole where Clodagh’s recipes are easy to follow and guaranteed to produce impressive results.
Over 100 seafood recipes are accompanied by side dishes and desserts to round off the perfect meal.
