THE power of local radio rings through as Live 95 records a whopping 80 thousand listeners every week.
Over 40 per cent of adults in Limerick tune in to the station, according to the latest official Ipsos/B+A JNLR radio listenership figures, covering the 12 months to the end of March this year.
Meanwhile, 72 per cent of Limerick adults tune into a radio station every day.
Station director Joe Nash said: “Radio is such a powerful medium and its connection with Limerick people is clearly shown by these latest official listenership figures, with 72 per cent of Limerick adults tuning in to a radio station every day.
We are lucky to have a great team here at Live 95 and we consider it a privilege to serve this community.”
