Rapid expansion for Munster Green Homes

A MOVE to far larger premises at Clondrinagh Industrial Estate for Munster Green Homes was required in response to rapid development.  This supplier of insulation products to domestic and wholesale customers has now become sole local distributor for the Atlas manufacturer’s range of builders’ supplies.

Munster Green Homes has also become a training facilitator for contractors wishing to learn the latest in external insulation techniques.

“We have been working on these initiatives for sometime as well as our wholesale business,” confirms Christopher, co-director with Jack. “It took the move to a larger unit, complete with warehouse and yard, at Clondrinagh to confirm the new direction. We are now a distribution centre for Atlas’ European range which trades under the Aval label, well known to builders, property developers, architects and retail. We are in a position to sell the whole Aval range of building materials such as adhesives and gypsum products, directly at a price that no-one else can beat”.

Munster Green Homes has become a trade leader in selling insulation products directly to the homeowner at market-low prices. It’s an obvious progression to move to builder’s supplies and expand a training programme in insulation installation for the trade.

Jack, co-owner of Munster Green Homes, points to a third departure for this hardworking outfit.

“We have invested in two machines for the purpose of decreasing delivery times.  The first machine is for manufacturing window mouldings, the architrave and trim that distinguishes old dwellings or enhances a more recent built,” he says. “The second machine will allow us to tint the acrylic render on site to give the final effect wanted by the homeowner or developer, and within a short timespan. This facility has never before been available in the region”.

It looks as if Munster Green Homes is forging ahead to ‘green’ and groom homes across the country.
