O’Gara dropped for England clash

MUNSTER and Ireland fly half, Ronan O’Gara has fallen out of favour it seems with Declan Kidney as the Cork man has been dropped to the bench for Ireland’s RBS Six Nations Championship clash with England this weekend.Other changes in the team that fell to France in Paris two weeks ago sees the partnership pf O’Callaghan and O’Connell resumed as Leo Cullen stint as cover for O’Callaghan comes to an end. The injured Rob Kearney is replaced by Geordan Murphy at fullback, while Rory Best fills in for Jerry Flannery following the Munster man’s six week suspenion.

The back row sees, Feris, Wallace and Heaslip renew their force while Connacht’s Sean Cronin comes to the bench as cover at hooker. Buckley, Jennings, Reddan and Trimble make up the remainder of the bench with O’Gara. 

Munster and Ireland legend, John Hayes, will mark his 100th cap for Ireland when he takes to the field at Twickenham on Saturday.

Replacements: S Cronin (Connacht), T Buckley (Munster), L Cullen (Leinster), S Jennings (Leinster), E Reddan (Leinster), R O’Gara (Munster), A Trimble (Ulster).
