LIMERICK City Gallery of Art has announced the appointment of a new acting director/ curator, Marion Lovett. Marian Lovett, a former teacher at LSAD, was the artistic director of Temple Bar Gallery and Studios where between 2002 and 2010, she curated over 40 exhibitions, events; also numerous solo shows of note.

Lovett trained in art history and town planning and she worked as an educator, critic, strategist and publicist before becoming a curator and director to our city gallery and its off-site venues.
