DECLAN Kidney has named his Ireland team to play Argentina in the final game of the Guinness Series and back to scrum half comes Munster stalwart Peter Stringer together with four other changes to the starting team that took the field against New Zealand last Saturday. Geordan Murphy comes into the full back position in place of the injured Rob Kearney and Andrew Trimble has been selected on the left wing, which was occupied by Luke Fitzgerald in the last game. Peter Stringer is selected at scrumhalf to win his 95th cap.

There are two changes to the front row with Sean Cronin taking over form Rory Best and Tony Buckley, who missed the last two games in the Guinness Series due to a hip injury, coming into the team at tight head in place of Tom Court, who reverts to the replacements.

Hooker Damien Varley makes his first home match 22 as he is also named in the replacements having won his first cap as a replacement against Australia on the Summer tour.
