PHOTOGRAPHY enthusiasts are being invited to take part in the Spirit of Limerick Photographic Competition, which is seeking images that portray Limerick in a positive way. The competition is a joint venture by the Limerick Communications Office and sponsored by Limerick-based photo agency Press 22, who will judge the entries. Submissions must include an entry form and a description of the photograph and where it was taken in no more than 50 words. Entry forms are available in the Limerick Post office and can also be downloaded at www.limerickcommunicationsoffice.ie.
The closing date for entries is Saturday August 31.
