LOCAL builders and contractors will be given an update on the prospects for house building in Limerick at a briefing on Wednesday, March 11 at 4pm in the Castletroy Park Hotel. The event will also address the changes to public procurement for the construction sector which will have massive implications for all those looking to win local public contracts such as schools, roads, social housing or water works. Organised by the Construction Industry Federation (CIF), all builders and contractors from Limerick are welcome to attend for free once they register in advance.
