SET aside time for a wild night out to the theme of Christmas on Sunday December 20 in Dolan’s Warehouse.

The new name in town is Limerick City Big Band, a 17-piece that got together last year and for this event, they bring with them an eclectic, talented suite of entertainers.

Set to make the night of Sunday 20 the biggest, most vibrant yet of the season, the big band will be joined by Jean McGlynn, Niall O’Halloran, Ciara Meade, the Limerick born baritone Richie Hayes plus plump numbers assured in groups: Ancór choir, Sisters of Swing and Limerick Musical Society.

“We formed over one year ago and have performed many events throughout the city. This is our first Christmas show,” explains Andrew Jordan, better known in his role heading up The Redemptorist School of Music.
