Winner of Special Forces Ultimate Hell Week coming to Limerick

Network Ireland Limerick will have the winner of RTE’s Special Forces: Ultimate Hell Week, Grace O’Rourke as a guest speaker at the first event for 2020.

Grace is a Fitness and Mindset Coach and will be sharing her grueling experience on the show which was an eight day programme designed by former members of Ireland’s elite Special Forces unit, the Army Ranger Wing (ARW).

Those in attendance will learn about positive mindset, that there is no limit to what you can achieve and how to deal with mental, physical and emotional endurance.

Ms O’Rourke beat 24 other contestants and is the first ever female in the history of the State to pass this level of formal military assessment

“Whether it be when competing in athletics or show-jumping; applying for the army after being rejected; taking on the challenge of starting a new business or pushing myself that extra mile when training, having a complete harmony and balance between mind and body is what has helped me to keep battling through.”, Grace said.

The evewnt takes place in the Savoy Hotel opn Wednesday 22nd of January from 6pm.
