ALTHOUGH many were hoping that Ireland would be hosting the next Rugby World Cup, the fixtures have been released for the Tournament that starts in France in September 2023.

Ireland will open their Pool B campaign in Bordeaux against Europe 2 (a team from Europe outside the Six Nations).

Ireland are drawn in Pool B with defending World Champions South Africa, Scotland and qualifiers from Asia Pacific and Europe.
