Nourish Health Food Stores opened their first Limerick store in 2019. Located inside Dunnes Stores Jetland, their colourful shelves are packed with delicious organic food, wholesome pantry essentials, vegan treats, nutritional supplements, herbal remedies, natural skincare and eco-friendly cleaning products.
Local man Alan Madden has managed the store since it opened and, along with his team, he brings a wealth of product knowledge and advice for customers.
Expertise is something Nourish prides itself on, with more than 35 years experience selling natural products. One of Ireland’s first health food stores, Nourish started in Dublin’s Marlborough Street in 1986, before oat milk and couscous were supermarket staples.
From humble beginnings, this Irish family business grew as more and more customers became interested in eating simple, healthy and wholesome organic food. Today, with 19 stores across Ireland, Nourish is still owned and managed by the Kelly family.
