THE Rotary Club of Limerick Shannon present a cheque to the Mid-West Simon Community for €12,000. The money was raised through the Clubs annual Remembrance Tree Initiative that was run in December with the kind support of Dunnes Stores in The Jetland Centre, Ennis road.
The funds raised will go towards an electric vehicle that is needed locally to run the organisation. A remembrance mass will be offered for the names on the tree on the 29th of January at 11.30am at St Munchin’s Church, Thomondgate, Limerick.
